Every DB2 system has performance problems! The only question is how severe, and how much effort is necessary to improve performance.

This person was using an online monitor to look at the buffer pools - and they only show severe or situation critical events. The pool could actually be thrashing, and the online monitors won’t show any problems unless the analyst really knows what to look for....like the ‘System Hit Ratio’.
